Things I've been doing for the past month instead of posting on my blog:
1. Cross-country skiing with my kickass new skis.
2. Recovering from cross-country skiing.
3. Learning to cook Moroccan food.
4. Writing, writing, writing.
5. Acquiring, suffering through, and very slowly getting over a nasty flu/kidney infection one-two punch.
6. Shuffling, very slowly, through the slop-filled sidewalk whilst convincing myself that I'm still running, dammit.
7. Playing Sorry. Dudes, this game still kicks ALL KINDS of ass.
8. Watching lots and lots of hockey.
9. Hangin' at the Cineplex (Notes on a Scandal, For Your Consideration, Volver and Children of Men in the past month alone--all worth watching, btw, even if For Your Consideration was a tad disappointing).
10. Alternately cursing and loving the snow (while running and skiing, respectively).
So, I'm back, at least for the time being. If anyone still reads this, and feels in any way slighted by my fickle attention to it, know that the tide has turned and I am once again devoted to wasting your bandwidth with the minutae of my life.

Do you kids use the World Wide Interweb?
I agree with you it's a tad underwhelming, but you have to give it to the dude who's 1/8th Choctaw.

Agreed. That character was one of the few that got me in every scene. Jane Lynch's hilariously affected ET bimbo was pretty great too.
And even though he was essentially playing the same character he ALWAYS does, I dug how Ricky Gervais said "Jewish-NESS."
